Display tournament health bar in HUD without player name line

With player name on, the horizontal separating line below it is colored and depleted as stacks are depleted in a tournament. I don't want to use the screen space of the player name line, but I still want the visual convenience of that small colored bar.
This could be implemeted by adding a colored top border that depletes to the hud when the player name is disabled.
