Make cross on HUD panel more discreet

Is it possible to have an option so that this 'cross' to the left of the HUD (the one by which you can drag the HUD position) can follow the colour you choose for the HUD instead of being bright white ? (or an option where you can turn it off, but the position to the left still being active for the dragging or similar).
The reason : I have my HUD text in grey. I still to see it but 'in the background' compared to the cards. But the cross is very bright, and I try sometimes to find a HUD position where this cross is 'hidden' in the Table text.
