Make Hand Viewer Formatted Version optionally use BB instead of chip values

Replayer now does this.
Hand viewer should get it too.

Seconding this request.

The text version of the hand history should have these same checkbox options as the graphical replayer:

- Use Big Blinds
- Anonymize

PokerTracker4 supports both of these in the hand history viewer — would be nice to have the same in Poker Copilot.
